A: It depends on the size and condition of your garden as well as the service of your choice. Our customer care staff will give you a roughly estimated price over the phone.
Q: What if the gardeners get the certain job done faster?
A: In this case, the overall price will be reduced in regard to the time frame.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: You can pay in cash or with a credit or debit card.
Q: Do you work on weekends and bank holidays?
A: Yes, your overall price stays the same.
Q: What happens if it takes more time to finish a gardening job?
A: If the schedule allows it, we can expand the time frame needed. Otherwise, we can arrange a follow-up visit to your property.
Q: Do I really need a team of two gardeners?
A: The specialists we work with the aim to provide you with fast, efficient and high-quality services. This is why our policy claims that a team of two gardeners will be enough.
Q: How much do you charge for garden waste clearance?
A: The first 180 litres (two 90l bags) are free of charge, but any additional green waste disposal is charged 3 GBP per a 90l bag and 45 GBP for a ton bag.
Q: Do I need to provide any equipment, tools or something else?
A: The specialists we work with will bring their own professional equipment. They may need access to electricity or water. It depends on the service you have booked.
Q: What if I don’t need waste disposal? Do I have to pay anything?
A: If that’s your preference, the gardeners can collect the garden waste and put it in a spot in your garden. Or they can put it in bags and leave it wherever you prefer so that your local council can dispose of them. In case more than 10 bags are used, we will charge only 5 GBP per 10 bags.
